At your first consultation

Your first visit begins with a brief skin assessment, followed by your chosen treatment. Our therapist will explain each step, adjust the treatment to your comfort level, and provide personalised aftercare guidance. You will also receive complimentary product samples selected for your skin type, so you can continue your K-beauty care at home. Most treatments take 30 to 90 minutes depending on the service.

Our 20-minute skin consultation costs $20 on its own and is free for first-time clients when booked with a treatment. First visit? A free 20-min consultation is added automatically, so allow an extra 20 minutes.

Before you arrive

• Tell us about your health, including any medications, allergies and medical conditions, and any change to your health.
• Bring photo identification, which may be required to verify your age.
• If you are under 16, a parent or guardian must come with you. If you are 16 to 18, parental consent is required for treatments.
• Follow any pre- and post-treatment care instructions we give you. Each treatment page lists its aftercare.

Cancelling or rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. You can manage your bookings easily through our online booking system.
