Brightening Ritual — Brisbane

The Brightening Ritual is a 60-minute treatment that combines a gentle brightening peel with an extended soothing facial, neck, and decollete massage. The session includes a consultation, deep cleansing, brightening peel application, facial ultrasound with a brightening ampoule, massage, a finishing mask, and protective SPF 50+.

This treatment is designed for skin that looks uneven in tone — visible discolouration, sun spots, stubborn-looking pigmentation and a dull-looking complexion. It uses potent brightening ingredients such as vitamin C, kojic acid, and tranexamic acid to help support a more luminous, even-looking appearance.

We recommend sessions every 2 weeks for a series of 4 to 6 treatments to help build results. Your therapist will create a personalised schedule based on your skin goals and individual response.

Strict sun avoidance for 72 hours is essential. We recommend applying SPF 50+ every 2 hours when outdoors, using a vitamin C serum daily, avoiding exfoliants for 5 days, keeping skin hydrated, and avoiding retinoids for one week after treatment.

This treatment may not be suitable if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have active eczema or psoriasis, have had recent chemical peels (within 2 weeks), are taking photosensitising medications, or have allergies to citrus or vitamin C. We will discuss your suitability during consultation.
